At Cross Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces are not the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
